So I will admit it!  I am in love with our coffee roaster!  We are so lucky to have an eco-friendly Revelation 35.  It has greatly reduced the amount of energy we use during our roasting process, while also allowing us to produce some amazing coffee!

At Humboldt Bay Coffee Company we roast our coffee to order.  That is how we ensure that your coffee is as fresh as ours!  As you can see, here are some of our coffee’s that are bagged up and ready for delivery!

Last week we did a cupping on several different types of Central American Coffee’s.  This is what our office looks like before we sit down to do a cupping.  Our Roaster David prepared this for us and let me tell you it was a treat!
